Intro to Yoga- This class will introduce
newcomers to the benefits of yoga. You’ll experience poses
for the first time and have plenty of opportunity to ask
questions and discuss benefits and contraindications for
each pose. This class is FREE and offered by our staff on
the first Friday evening of each month.
Yoga
Nidra: Chill out and completely unwind
with this relaxing, guided meditation. You will always
leave this class feeling cool, calm and refreshed. No
experience necessary.
Restore:
Our most gentle and
relaxing class. We will help you find your breath, stretch
your muscles gently and teach you how to become more
relaxed.
Beginners Flow: This class is perfect for those
of you new to yoga. We will help you find your breath and
begin to stretch and strengthen your body mindfully.
Cup
of Flow:
Whether you are modifying or intensifying your practice,
come and vamp up your body confidence and strengthen your
mind with a slow deep flow.
Flow:
Flow will be a
gentler yoga class that will help you find balance and
grace as you move through poses connected to your breath.
Deep
Flow:
Deep flow is immensely engaging for all levels of
practitioners as it moves at a pace that allows for a
steady progression into an interior landscape of sensation,
pulsation, and inner rhythm. It also challenges
practitioners to go beyond mindless yoga and asana
routines.
Sweat
n’ Soul Flow: Come and sweat away the
stress from the week with this invigorating full body work
out that will engage both body and mind. This inspirational
flow will de-stress and refresh the tired or stressed out
soul.

1: A good solid Power class that
will bring up your heart rate and get you moving,
stretching and breathing!

body through a swift and WARM Vinyasa.
